Hourly Repair Service

When calling for service please have your machine model and serial numbers ready along with a brief description of the problem.

Rates

Coin Laundromats and Apartments: $75 per hour

Hotel and OPL: $85 per hour

There is a 1 hour minimum for all service calls.

26-40 miles: $75

41+ miles: $3 per mile

Parts

We only use genuine OEM parts when repairing your machines. All parts have a 1 year warranty from the date of installation. Prepayment may be required on special order parts over $200.

Payment

You may pay by check or credit card. We require all service accounts to have a credit card on file. We never make any charges without prior authorization.

All payments are due within 14 days of service date. Any balances over 30 days will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Coin Contract Service

We offer our coin laundry clients a monthly flat rate service option. Rates begin at $400 per month and are tailored to your store based on size, equipment age, location, and service frequency. Call for more details and to schedule an in store estimate.
