While we do not offer any extended warranties, we do guarantee that all machines arrive
clean, working, and quiet. WE DO NOT COVER COSMETIC SHIPPING DAMAGE. YOU MUST CONTACT
THE CARRIER. You must inform us of any mechanical issues within 7 days of delivery. In
the event of any issues, simply send us the defective part and we will cover the
replacement cost. The only exception is electrical components, which we do not cover.
